HOME COVERAGES

Used for owner occupied homes in town. Coverage is available for dwellings, personal property and detached structures. There are also numerous endorsements available for extended coverages.

RENTER'S INSURANCE

This coverage is designed for a tenant’s personal property.

DWELLING COVERAGE

Coverage for rental dwellings or non owner-occupied dwellings.

INLAND MARINE

All risk coverage for items such as cell phones, jewelry, guns, computer equipment and campers is available and can be added to any policy. We offer lower deductible options for this coverage.

LIABILITY COVERAGE

Personal and farm liability coverage can be added to any Century Mutual policy and is provided by IMT Insurance Company of Des Moines Iowa, 1st Auto Casualty of Madison Wisconsin, or Grinnell Mutual of Grinnell Iowa.

Century Mutual does not offer commercial property coverage.
